OD Vitality is a primary care clinic and med spa located at 7735 NW 146th St, Suite 207, Miami Lakes, FL 33016. This policy explains how we handle data from people who visit odvitality.com. Our patients' medical information is also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA).

Data we collect

Data you give us: name, phone number and service of interest when you use the contact form, or what you send us by WhatsApp or phone.
Technical data: device type, browser, pages visited and visit source, only if you accept analytics cookies.

The website form does not ask for health information. Please do not include it.

How we use it

To answer your request and book your visit.
To improve the website and measure which pages are useful.
To measure the effectiveness of our ads, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal data.

Health information

We never send Google, Meta or other advertising platforms information about health conditions, treatments you are interested in or the content of your messages or forms. Our measurement tools only record generic events, such as a page visit or a click on "WhatsApp" or "Call".

We use strictly necessary cookies so the website works and to remember your cookie choice. When you browse the website we also load these measurement tools:

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): website usage statistics.
