A primary care clinic and med spa in Miami Lakes, Florida. It offers aesthetics (Botox, fillers and laser hair removal), medically supervised weight loss, IV therapy and primary care, with a nurse practitioner.
Who sees patients at OD Vitality?
I do: Obdelis Dominguez Romero, MSN, APRN, family nurse practitioner licensed in Florida. I personally see every patient, in English or Spanish.
Which insurance do you accept?
Oscar Health and Medicare Part B. We also see uninsured patients with self-pay prices, and financing is available for aesthetics and wellness.
Where are you and what are your hours?
At 7735 NW 146th St, Suite 207, Miami Lakes, FL 33016, minutes from Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens and Miami Gardens. Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (call to confirm).

Who performs Botox and fillers?
I do, Obdelis Dominguez Romero, nurse practitioner licensed in Florida, after evaluating you.
How long does Botox last?
For most people, 3 to 4 months.
How many laser hair removal sessions do I need?
Several, because the laser only works on growing hair. That is why packages include 8 sessions.
Weight loss and wellness
How does the weight loss program start?
With a medical evaluation that includes lab work. Your plan is designed from the results.
Is everyone a candidate for treatment?
No. It depends on the medical evaluation and the lab work.
Do I need an evaluation for IV therapy?
Yes, every infusion requires a prior evaluation.
Primary care and insurance
Do you accept Oscar and Medicare?
Yes, we accept Oscar Health and Medicare Part B.
Can a nurse practitioner be my primary care provider?
Yes. In Florida a licensed APRN can evaluate you, diagnose, prescribe and follow up with you.
Do you do school physicals?
Yes, and we fill out the form your school requires.
Do you see patients without insurance?
Yes, with clear self-pay prices published on each service.
